Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worth of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of  a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.-Matthew 10:16-42

Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit. The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood: they hunt every man his brother with a net. That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity. Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house. Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.-Micah 7:1-7****Miriam and her younger brothers Aaron and Moses were Israelites from the tribe of Levi, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Miriam, Aaron and Moses were born when the Israelites were enslaved in Egypt. However, Moses lived among the Egyptian royals as the son of the daughter of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. After 40-year-old Moses killed an Egyptian, and the murder was mentioned to Moses, and Pharaoh wanted to kill Moses, Moses left Egypt and began living in Midian. Moses married Zipporah, a Midianite woman, and Gershom and Eliezer were born to Moses and Zipporah. When Moses was 80 years, he saw a fiery sight and had a conversation with the Lord God. The Lord God spoke to Moses, and sent Moses and 83-year-old Aaron to speak to the Israelite elders and Pharaoh. The Israelites believed the words of the Lord God spoken by Moses and Aaron regarding their lives and the Promised Land. Pharaoh refused to acknowledge the Lord God and refused to let the Israelites leave to go worship the Lord God. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Pharaoh told Moses and Aaron to take the Israelites and their animals and go serve the Lord God. Shortly thereafter, Pharaoh and the Egyptians went in pursuit of the Israelites. Moses obeyed the commands of the Lord God, and the Lord God caused the Red Sea to part. The Israelites walked across and the Egyptians drowned. During the 40-year journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, Miriam died and was buried in Kadesh, in the desert wilderness of Zin. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron died and was buried. Shortly thereafter,  Moses addressed the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Moses spoke of the Lord God and Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and the Ten Commandments that the Israelites heard the voice of the Lord God proclaim to them. Moreover, Moses spoke of the judgments, statutes, and laws that the Lord God gave him for the Israelites. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that during the journey to the Promised Land, the Israelites continually disobeyed the commands of the Lord God. The Lord God told Moses that the Israelites would worship idols, and Moses told the Israelites that he knew that after he was dead they would rebel against the Lord God. Joshua, Moses' successor, was from the tribe of Ephraim, descended from Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel, their firstborn son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. Moses and Joshua taught the Israelites a song, and Moses blessed the Israelites. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants, After 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, the Israelites were led by elders, judges, or their own minds. The Israelites regularly disobeyed the commands of the Lord God. Saul, the 1st king to reign over the Israelites in the Promised Land, was from the tribe of Jacob and Rachel's 2nd and last son Benjamin. Saul disobeyed the commands of the Lord God. while Saul reigned, the Lord God sent Samuel, the priest, prophet and judge from the tribe of Levi, to anoint David to reign. After Saul's self-inflicted death on the battlefield, David began to reign only over the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, the tribe of his birth. Saul's son Ishbosheth reigned over the other Israelite tribes. After Ishbosheth was murdered, David reigned over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land. Solomon, the 2nd son born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites. Solomon began his reign worshiping the Lord God. Solomon ended his reign worshiping the idols worshiped by his 700 idolatrous wives. Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam was the 1st king to reign. Murderers and idolaters always ruled the northern nation of Israel. David's descendants ruled Judah, except for the 6-year reign of Athaliah. King Asa, and Asa's son King Jehoshaphat, and Jehoshaphat's great-great-great-grandson King Uzziah (Azariah), and Uzziah's son King Jotham, and Jotham's grandson King Hezekiah, and Hezekiah's great-grandson King Josiah were the only kings in Judah who worshiped the Lord God. Despite the warnings and revelations proclaimed to the Israelites by Micah and other prophets of the Lord God, the Israelites refused to obey the commands of the Lord God. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. During Pekah's reign, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyrian, began taking Israelites to Assyria. During the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule the northern nation, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Josiah's son Jehoiakim (Eliakim) was the 17th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiakim's reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. During the reign of Jehoiakim's son King Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the 18th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin and his family, to Babylon. During the reign of Josiah's son King Zedekiah (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. The Bottom Line

From the Epistle of James,

in the New Testament of the Holy Bible:

Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience. Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fell into condemnation. Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervant prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.-James 5:7-20***The divinely inspired words written by James to his fellow Israelite believers reveal that the result accomplished by a person who brings another person back from the wandering road being walked upon by the wandering person is the same result that occurs from the action of love that Simon Peter was divinely inspired to write of and send to believers. Simon Peter was a disciple and an apostle of Jesus the Christ, the Son of God. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men, including Simon Peter, to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed, arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven. Over 800 years earlier, Elijah (Elias) the prophet was proclaiming the words of the Lord God to King Ahab and others throughout the northern nation of Israel in the Promised Land.  spoke while visiting Job, 

when Job was in the midst of suffering:

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole. He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword. Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh. At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth. For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee. And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin. A Prayer Prayed

to believers in Ephesus and everywhere:

Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: and hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.-Ephesians 1:15-23***Aaron, his younger brother Moses and their family were Israelites from the tribe of Levi, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. In the desert wilderness of Sinai, in the region of Mount Sinai, the Lord God filled specific Israelites with the spirit of wisdom before they began making the transportable tabernacle, and the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and the mercy seat and other sacred items, including the garments for the priests. Aaron and his sons and the sons born to their descendants were the only Israelites who could serve the Lord God as priests, according to the command of the Lord God. During the 40th year of their journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, 123-year-old Aaron died and was buried upon Mount Hor. Joshua was an Israelite from the tribe of Ephraim, descended from Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel, their firstborn son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son.  Joshua was a warrior, and had the spirit of the Lord in him, and served as Moses' aide, and went as a spy on a mission to Canaan, and was full of the spirit of wisdom. After Moses made a request, the Lord God appointed Joshua to be Moses' successor. Thus, Moses laid his hands upon Joshua, according to the command of the Lord God. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-yer-old Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Paul did not believe Jesus to be the Christ. Throughout Jerusalem, Paul persecuted and imprisoned any fellow Israelite who believed Jesus to be the Christ of God. When Paul was journeying to the synagogues in Damascus, Syria, to find, bind and take to Jerusalem any Israelite believers he found, Paul and those with him saw a light from heaven flash around them. Paul heard the voice of Jesus speaking to him, and Paul spoke to Jesus, and obeyed Jesus. In Damascus Paul was baptized. Israelites before Moses went upon Mount Nebo,

saw the Promised Land, died, and was divinely buried:

If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. The Words of

Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.-Matthew 7:15-20***Israelites are the descendants of Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, and Isaac and Rebekah's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel). The 40th year after Moses and his older brother Aaron led their fellow Israelites away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur, 123-year-old Aaron died and was buried upon Mount Hor. Shortly thereafter, Moses addressed his fellow Israelites and recounted victories. Moses spoke of the directions and instructions followed, and the commandments, judgments, statutes, and laws that the Lord God gave for the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Moses warned of false prophets, and described the tests and responses necessary to access a prophet. Moses and Joshua, his successor, taught the Israelites a song, and Moses blessed the Israelites. Afterwards, 120-year-old Moses went upon Mount Nebo. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and Moses died and was divinely buried. Over 1,400 years after Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered. For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin. And Moses spake unto the LORD, saying, Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd. And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him; And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight. And thou shalt put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient. And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the LORD: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation. And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: and he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.-Numbers 27:12-23***Forty years before Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the Promised Land, the Lord God sent Moses and Moses' older brother  Aaron to speak to the Israelite elders and Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Moses and Aaron led the Israelites, and those with them, away from Egypt slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur. After the incident in the desert wilderness of Zin, the Lord God told Moses and Aaron that they would not bring the Israelites into the Promised Land. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron died and was buried. Sometime before Moses went upon Mount Nebo, and the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses died and was divinely buried, Moses asked the Lord God to appoint a leader for the Israelites. After 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, the Israelites were led by elders, judges, or their own minds, Over 1,000 years after Samuel, from the tribe of Levi, the birth tribe of Aaron and Moses, served as the last judge who worshiped the Lord God, and Saul, from the tribe of Benjamin, became the 1st king to rule over the Israelites in the Promised Land, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born.
