Psalm 102 consists of 28 verses,
verses 1-18 are given below:
Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee. Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily. For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top. Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me. For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping, Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down. My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass. But thou, O LORD, shall endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations. Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory. When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory. He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. This shall be written for the generations to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.-Psalm 102:1-18***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that the Lord God turns to the prayers of those who have been stripped of everything and the Lord God shall not despise their prayers. The Lord God hears the prayers of those who are righteous. The ears of the Lord God are turned towards the prayers of the righteous. The prayers of those in right standing with the Lord God are the delight of the Lord God. Jesus the Christ, is the Son of God. Approximately 30 years after Jesus, the Word, was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin, Jesus was in the Jordan River being baptized by Mary's relative John the Baptist, from the tribe of Levi. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Jesus went to the desert wilderness and to the mountain and prayed to his Father, the Lord God in heaven, and Jesus prayed to his Father before and after being betrayed by Judas Iscariot, the disciple and apostle, and being arrested. Jesus cried out to his Father before yielding up his spirit to his Father. While being crucified, Jesus committed his spirit into the hands of his Father. Afterwards, Jesus was buried in a tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven.-Genesis 1:1-4:26, 11:26-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Psalm 102, Proverbs 15, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, 2 Timothy 3:1-17, 1 Peter 3:1-22
