King Jotham

In the second year of Pekah the son of Remaliah king of Israel began Jotham the son of Uzziah king of Judah to reign. Five and twenty years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jerusha, the daughter of Zadok. And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD: he did according to all that his father Uzziah had done. Howbeit the high places were not removed: the people sacrificed and burned incense still in the high places. He built the higher gate of the house of the Lord. Now the rest of the acts of Jotham, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah? In those days the LORD began to send against Judah Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah. And Jotham slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father: and Ahaz his son reigned in his stead.-2 Kings 15:32-38***Joshua was an Israelite from the tribe of Ephraim, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 2nd wife Rachel, their son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. Aaron and his younger brother Moses were Israelites from the tribe of Levi, descended from Jacob and his 1st wife Leah and their 3rd born son Levi. Forty years after Moses and Aaron led the Israelites away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, into the desert wilderness of Shur, and the desert wilderness of Sin, and the desert wilderness of Sinai, 123-year-old Aaron the high priest died upon Mount Hor, and Moses went upon Mount Nebo, according to the commands of the Lord God. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died, and was divinely buried. Joshua was Moses' aide and successor. The Lord God spoke to Joshua, and Joshua sent 2 spies to Canaan, the Promised Land, and Rahab hid the spies, and the spies returned, and Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 300 years after 110-year-old Joshua died, and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Saul, from the tribe of Jacob and Rachel's 2nd and last son Benjamin, became the 1st king to reign. David, from the tribe of  Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, was the 2nd king to rule over all of the Israelites. Solomon, a son born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king. During the 4th year of his 40-year reign, Solomon began building the temple of the Lord, and in the 11th year, workers finished building the temple in Jerusalem. Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Rehoboam's great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson Uzziah (Azariah) was the 9th king to rule Judah. Jotham, the son born to Uzziah and Jerushah (Jerusha), was the 10th king, and Jotham's son Ahaz was the 11th king to rule Judah. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that during Pekah's 20-year reign, King Rezin, ruler of Syria (Aram), united with Pekah against Judah, according to the will of the Lord God. Moreover, Pekah was reigning when King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyria, invaded the northern nation of Israel and began taking Israelites captive. During the 9th year of the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Ahaz's great-great-great-grandson Jehoiakim (Eliakim) was the 17th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Jehoiakim and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoichin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. During the 11th year of the reign of Jehoiakim's brother Zedekiah  (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Not at All

The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah. Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment. Moreover, during the 14th year of Hezekiah's reign, King Sennacherib, ruler of Assyria, captured some fortified cities in Judah. Hezekiah's great-great-grandson Jehoiakim (Eliakim) was the 17th king to rule Judah. Approximately 30 years after John the Baptist and Jesus the Christ were born, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptist. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world, and testified that Jesus is the Son of God. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Good Times and Happy Days

King Uzziah (Azariah)

Then all the people of Judah took Uzziah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king in the room of his father Amaziah. He built Eloth, and restored it to Judah, after that the king slept with his fathers. Sixteen years old was Uzziah when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and two years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Jecoliah of Jerusalem. And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah did. And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper. And he went forth and warred against the Philistines, and brake down the wall of Gath, and the wall of Jabneh, and the wall of Ashdod, and among the Philistines. And God helped him against the Philistines, and against the Arabians that dwelt in Gurbaal, and the Mehunims. And the Ammonites gave gifts to Uzziah: and his name spread abroad even to the entering in of Egypt; for he strengthened himself exceedingly. Moreover Uzziah built towers in Jerusalem at the corner gate, and at the valley gate, and at the turning of the wall, and fortified them. But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up to his destruction: for he transgressed against the LORD his God, and went into the temple of the LORD to burn incense upon the altar of incense. And Azariah the priest went in after him, and with him fourscore priests of the LORD, that were valiant men: And they withstood Uzziah the king, and said unto him, It appertaineth not unto thee, Uzziah, to burn incense unto the LORD, but to the priests the sons of Aaron, that are consecrated to burn incense: go out of the sanctuary; for thou hast trespassed; neither shall it be for thine honour from the LORD God. Then Uzziah was wroth, and had a censer in his hand to burn incense: and while he was wroth with the priests, the leprosy even rose up in his forehead before the priests in the house of the LORD, from beside the incense altar. And Azariah the chief priest, and all the priests, looked upon him, and, behold, he was leprous in his forehead, and they thrust him out from thence; yea, himself hasted also to go out, because the LORD had smitten him. And Uzziah the king was a leper unto the day of his death, and dwelt in a several house, being a leper; for he was cut off from the house of the LORD: and Jotham his son was over the king's house, judging the people of the land. Now the rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, did Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, write. So Uzziah slept with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the field of the burial which belonged to the kings; for they said, He is a leper: and Jotham his son reigned in his stead.-2 Chronicles 26:1-23***Over 300 years after Levi was born to Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, Miriam and her younger brothers Aaron and Moses were born into the tribe of Levi. Moses was 80 years old and Aaron was 83 when the Lord God sent them to speak to the Israelite elders and Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Moses and Aaron led the Israelites, and those with them, away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur, according to the commands of the Lord God. In the desert wilderness of Sinai, in the region of Mount Sinai, the Israelites heard the voice of the Lord God proclaim the Ten Commandments to them, and the Lord God began giving Moses judgments, statutes and laws for the Israelites.

When Moses was upon Mount Sinai with the Lord God 40 days and nights, the Lord God described to Moses and showed Moses the  likeness of the ark of the covenant of the Lord, the mercy seat, the tabernacle, the other sacred items, and the garments for the priests, and the Lord God told Moses that only Aaron, and Aaron's sons, and the sons born to their descendants were to serve the Lord God as priests. Before Moses walked down from the mountain, the Lord God gave Moses 2 stone tablets whereupon were written, with the finger of God, the Ten Commandments. Before leaving the desert wilderness of Sinai, the Israelites made everything that the Lord God told Moses they were to make, including the altar of burnt offering, and the altar of incense, and the holy incense. During the 40-year journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, Miriam the prophetess died and was buried in Kadesh, in the desert wilderness of Zin. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron the high priest died. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died and was divinely buried. King Uzziah (Azariah)

In the twenty and seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel began Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah to reign. Sixteen years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned two and fifty years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jecholiah of Jerusalem. And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah had done; Save that the high places were not removed: the people sacrificed and burnt incense still on the high places. And the LORD smote the king, so that he was a leper unto the day of his death, and dwelt in a several house. And Jotham the king's son was over the house, judging the people of the land. Amaziah's father Joash (Jehoash) was the 7th king. Joash's father Ahaziah was the 6th king. Ahaziah's father Joram (Jehoram) was the 5th king. Joram's father Jehoshaphat was the 4th king. Jehoshaphat's father Asa was the 3rd king. Asa's father Abijah (Abijam) was the 2nd king. Abijah's father Rehoboam was the 1st king to rule Judah. Before ruling Judah, Rehoboam was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), and to Abraham's son Isaac, and to Isaac's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel), and to their descendants. Rehoboam's grandfather David was the 2nd king to rule over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land. Solomon, a son born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king to reign. Rehoboam was born to Solomon and Naamah. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. David, Asa, Jehoshaphat,  Uzziah, Uzziah's son Jotham, the 10th king, and Jotham's grandson Hezekiah, the 12th king, and Hezekiah's great-grandson Josiah, the 15th king, were Judah's only rulers who only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. During Uzziah's 52-year reign, he disobeyed the commands of the Lord God and entered the temple of the Lord God to burn incense upon the altar of incense, and 81 priests united against Uzziah. After the Lord God struck Uzziah with leprosy, Uzziah rushed from the temple and lived the rest of his life as a leper in a residence that was not the royal palace. Jehoahaz, a son born to Josiah and Hamutal, was the 16th king to rule Judah. Jehoiakim (Eliakim), the son born to Josiah and Zebudah, was the 17th king. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem, the royal city, and King Nebuchadnezzer, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Jehoiakim and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. During the 11th year of the reign of Josiah and Hamutal's son Zedekiah  (Mattaniah), the 19th king, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 100 years before Jerusalem was conquered, the Assyrians invaded the northern nation of Israel and conquered Samaria, the royal city, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. At least 525 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. When Samuel was an elderly priest, prophet and judge, and his sons Joel (Vashni) and Abiah (Abijah) were not obeying the commands of the Lord God, and King Nahash and his Ammonite army were preparing to attack, the Israelite elders demanded that Samuel appoint a king to lead them, and Samuel anointed Saul, from the tribe of Jacob and Rachel's 2nd and last son Benjamin, to reign, according to the command of the Lord God. At least twice, Saul did not obey the commands of the Lord God. While Saul reigned, the Lord God sent Samuel to Bethlehem to anoint David, from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, to reign as king. After David's skills, strength, appearance, and favor with the Lord God were mentioned to Saul, Saul commanded that David's father Jesse send David to him, and David began serving as a musician and an armor-bearer for Saul. After David killed and beheaded Goliath the gigantic Philistine,  David and Jonathan, Saul's son made a covenant. The Israelite women sang of David higher than they sang of Saul, and Saul was angry. Saul wanted to kill David, and became afraid of David, and sent David on missions to get killed, and commanded others, including Jonathan, to kill David. Saul's daughter Michal was married to David and helped David escape from their home. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Saul arranged for Michal to become the wife of Phalti (Palti/Paltiel), and David was married to Abigail and Ahinoam. Abigail was a widow. Abigail's husband Nabal died days after Abigail told Nabal that she had provided David and David's men with an abundance of food. After the Philistines killed Jonathan and his brothers Malchishua and Abinadab (Ishui?), and Saul's self-inflicted death on the same battlefield, David, Abigail, Ahinoam, and those loyal to David began living in Hebron, and men from the tribe of Judah anointed 30-year-old David, and David began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. Saul's son Ishbosheth (Eshbaal) ruled over the other Israelite tribes. Sometime after Ishbosheth was murdered, the Israelite elders went to David, and David made a covenant with them. The elders anointed 37-year-old David, and David began to rule over all of the Israelite tribes.  David's nephew Joab led the Israelites to victory against the Jebusites inside a fortress, and the fortress became the City of David, and Joab became commander of the army. Meanwhile, Jerusalem was developed, and David fought battles on the field and in his family. Amnon, the son born to David and Ahinoam, raped Tamar, the daughter born to David and Maacah, a Syrian (Aramean) princess. David and Maacah's son Absalom, commanded the death of Amnon, and afterwards Absalom escaped to Geshur, the kingdom ruled by his maternal grandfather. Joab successfully plotted to reunite David and Absalom. Over 2 years after Absalom returned to Jerusalem, Absalom plotted to have himself proclaimed king while David reigned. Despite David's command, Absalom was killed after Joab plunged 3 weapons into Absalom's body, and Joab's 10 armor-bearers attacked Absalom. When David was elderly and still reigning, Adonijah, the son born to David and Haggith, positioned himself as king. Before 70-year-old David died, Solomon, a son born to David and Bathsheba (Bath-shua), became the 3rd king to rule over all of the Israelites. The 1st son born to David and Bathsheba was struck by the Lord God and died, due to David's actions against Bathsheba's husband  Uriah. During the beginning of Solomon's 40-year reign, Adonijah was killed and Joab was killed. Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city, and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. After Jeroboam's death, Nadab, Baasha,
