Incidents between King David and:

And when the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadarezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men. Then David put garrisons in Syriadamascus; and the Syrians became David's servants, and brought gifts. Thus, the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went. And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadarezer, and brought them to Jerusalem. Likewise from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought David very much brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea, and the pillars, and the vessels of brass.-1 Chronicles 18:1-8

Now when Tou king of Hamath heard how David had smitten all the host of Hadarezer king of Zobah; He sent Hadoram his son to king David, to inquire of his welfare, and to congratulate him, because he had fought against Hadarezer, and smitten him; (for Hadarezer had war with Tou;) and with him all manner of vessels of gold and silver and brass. Them also king David dedicated unto the LORD, with the silver and the gold that he brought from all these nations; from Edom, and from Moab, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from Amalek. Moreover Abishai the son of Zeruiah slew of the Edomites in the valley of salt eighteen thousand. And he put garrisons in Edom; and all the Edomites became David's servants. Sometime after 205-year-old Terah died in Haran, 75-year-old Abraham, 65-year-old Sarah and Lot journeyed with their servants and possessions to Canaan, land that was inhabited by some of the idol worshiping descendants of Noah's son Ham. The Lord God promised to give Canaan to Abraham's descendants and childless Abraham. Abraham was older and still childless when the word of the Lord God came to him and revealed that Canaan would be given to Abraham and Abraham's descendants. After Abraham spoke to the Lord God and obeyed the command of the Lord God, a deep sleep fell upon Abraham and the Lord God made a covenant with Abraham. Ishmael was born to 86-year-old Abraham and Hagar, Sarah's maidservant. Isaac was born to 100-year-old Abraham and 90-year-old Sarah. The death of King Josiah

After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Necho king of Egypt came up to fight against Charchemish by Euphrates: and Josiah went out against him. But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not. Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo. And the archers shot at king Josiah; and the king said to his servants, Have me away; for I am sore wounded. His servants therefore took him out of that chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had; and they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in one of the sepulchres of his fathers. David, from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, was the 2nd king to rule over all of the Isrelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Jacob, and to Jacob's father Isaac, and to Isaac's father Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), and to their descendants. David only worshiped the Lord God and was a man after God's own heart. Solomon, a son born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king. Rehoboam, a son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to rule over all of the Isrelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. During Pekah's 20-year reign, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyria, began taking Israelites captive. During the 11th year of the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule the northern nation, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Rehoboam's grandson Asa, the 3rd  king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. Asa's son Jehoshaphat, the 4th king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. Jehoshaphat's great-great-great-grandson Uzziah (Azariah), the 9th king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. Uzziah's son Jotham, the 10th king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. Jotham's grandson Hezekiah, the 12th king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. Among Judah's kings, Hezekiah's trust in the Lord God was unparalleled. Manasseh, the son born to Hezekiah and Hephzibah, was the 13th king to rule Judah. Manasseh worshiped idols, and during his 55-year reign, he rebuilt places for false worship, and put altars for false worship in the temple of the Lord and in the temple courtyards, and was responsible for bloodshed that the Lord God was not willing to forgive. Manasseh's grandson Josiah, the 15th king to rule Judah, only worshiped the Lord God and never worshiped idols. During Josiah's 31-year reign, he repaired the temple of the Lord. The Book of the Law of the Lord was discovered, and Josiah brought the Israelites throughout Judah back to the Lord God and cleared Judah of everything associated with idolatry, and commanded the Israelites to commemorate the Passover, and an enormous celebration was held. Josiah's life ended after he went towards Pharaoh Necho (Neco), the king of Egypt. Jehoahaz, a son born to Josiah and Hamutal, was the 16th king to rule Judah. Jehoahaz reigned 3 months before Necho took him to Egypt and set Jehoiakim (Eliakim), the son born to Josiah and Zebudah, as king over Judah. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Jehoiakim and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. Josiah and Hamutal's son Zedekiah (Mattaniah) was the 19th king to rule Judah. During the 11th year of Zedekiah's reign, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Up and at 'Em

Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. In Rephidim, Joshua selected men to fight against the Amalekites. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Joshua was a man with the spirit of wisdom, and served as Moses' aide, and was waiting for Moses after Moses returned from his 1st stay of 40 days upon Mount Sinai with the Lord God, and Joshua would remain at the tabernacle, the tent of the meeting wherein the Lord God dwelt among the Israelites, and was 1 of the 2 faithful spies who returned from Canaan, the Promised Land, with a good report. In Kadesh, in the desert wilderness of Zin, during the 40th year of their journey to Canaan, the Lord God told Moses and Aaron that they would not be allowed to bring the Israelites into the Promised Land. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron the high priest died. Sometime thereafter, Moses petitioned the Lord God to appoint another leader. The Lord God told Moses to lay his hands upon Joshua and give Joshua some authority in the presence of the Israelites. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died and was divinely buried. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 1,300 years after 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Josiah led his fellow Israelites back to the Lord God after the Israelites spent years worshiping idols. Josiah removed all idolatrous items from the temple of the Lord. The temple was in Jerusalem and was built by Josiah's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather King Solomon, the 3rd king to rule over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), and to Abraham's son Isaac, and to Isaac's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel), and to their descendants. During the latter portion of Solomon's 40-year reign, Solomon worshiped idols. Josiah kicked the occultists and false priests from the land and destroyed the shrines, altars, poles, and chariots that were dedicated to idols and used for false worship. Moreover, Josiah put the ark of the covenant of the Lord back in the temple, and gave commands for the temple's repair, and renewed the Israelites' covenant to follow and obey the Lord God. Josiah commemorated the Passover in a manner that had not been kept since Samuel, the priest, prophet and judge from the tribe of Jacob's 3rd born son Levi led the Israelites, before the rulership of kings began. Jehoahaz, the son born to Josiah and Hamutal, was the 16th king to rule Judah. Pharaoh Necho (Nechoh), ruler of Egypt, took Jehoahaz captive and placed Jehoiakim (Eliakim), the son born to Josiah and Zebudah, as king. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Josiah and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. Josiah and Hamutal's son Zedekiah (Mattaniah), was the 19th king to rule Judah. During  the 11th year of Zedekiah's reign, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah, the tribe of Solomon and his descendants, all of Judah's kings, to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. After Joseph received a warning from an angel of the Lord, Joseph, Mary and Jesus stayed in Egypt for awhile.
