Relatively Speaking

The Tribe of Manasseh:

The sons of Joseph after their families were Manasseh and Ephraim. Of the sons of Manasseh: of Machir, the family of the Machirites: and Machir begat Gilead: of Gilead come the family of the Gileadites. These are the sons of Gilead: of Jeezer, the family of the Jeezerites: of Helek, the family of the Helekites: And of Asriel, the family of the Asrielites: and of Shechem, the family of the Shechemites: And of Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites: and of Hepher, the family of the Hepherites. And Zelophehad the son of Hepher had no sons, but daughters: and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah. The sons of Manasseh; Ashriel whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare Machir the father of Gilead: And Machir took to wife the sister of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister's name was Maachah;) and the name of the second was Zelophehad: and Zelophehad had daughters. And Maachah the wife of Machir bare a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem. And the sons of Ulam; Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh. And his sister Hammoleketh bare Ishod, and Abiezer, and Mahalah.  Background Information: 

The Israelites in the Gileadite clan descended from Gilead, and Gilead was born to Machir, and Machir was born to Manasseh, and Manasseh was the 1st son born to Joseph and AsenathAsenath was born to On, an Egyptian priest. Joseph was the 1st son born to Jacob (Israel) and his 2nd wife Rachel. Jacob was the youngest fraternal twin son born to Isaac and Rebekah. Rachel and her older sister Leah, Jacob's 1st wife, were the daughters of Rebekah's brother Laban the Syrian (Aramean). Laban and Rebekah were born to Bethuel. Isaac was the only child born to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai). Bethuel was born to Nahor and Milcah. Nahor, Abraham and Sarah were born Terah, and Terah was the great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Arphaxad. Arphaxad was born to Shem, and Shem was born to Noah the ark builder. Noah was the great-grandson of Enoch, and Enoch was the great-great-great-grandson of Seth, and Seth was born to Adam and Eve. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that the Lord God created Adam, the 1st man. The Lord God formed Adam from the dust of the ground, and the Lord God made Adam's wife Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adam.
