King Joash and Zechariah

And the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, which stood above the people, and said unto them, Thus saith God, Why transgress ye the commandments of the LORD, that ye cannot prosper? because ye have forsaken the LORD, he hath also forsaken you. And they conspired against him, and stoned him with stones at the commandment of the king in the court of the house of the LORD. Thus Joash the king remembered not the kindness which Jehoiada his father had done to him, but slew his son. And when he died, he said, The LORD look upon it, and require it. And it came to pass at the end of the year, that the host of Syria came up against him: and they came to Judah and Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus. For the army of the Syrians came with a small company of men, and the LORD delivered a very great host into their hand, because they had forsaken the LORD God of their fathers. So they executed judgment against Joash. And when they were departed from him, for they left him in great diseases,) his own servants conspired against him for the blood of the sons of Jehoiada the priest, and slew him on his bed, and he died: and they buried him in the city of David, but they buried him not in the sepulchres of the kings. And these are they that conspired against him; Zabad the son of Shimeath an Ammonitess, and Jehozabad the son of Shimrith a Moabitess.-2 Chronicles 24:20-26***In Judah, the southern nation in the Promised Land, Zechariah was born to Jehoiada the priest. Joash (Jehoash) was born to King Ahaziah and Zibiah. Ahaziah was born to King Joram (Jehoram) and Athaliah. Joram was born to King Jehoshaphat. Jehoshaphat was born to King Asa and Azubah. Asa was born to King Abijam (Abijah). Abijam was born to King Rehoboam. Rehoboam was born to King Solomon and Naamah. Solomon was born to King David and Bathsheba. David was the 2nd king to rule over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), and to Abraham's son Isaac, and to Isaac's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel), and to their descendants. Solomon was the 3rd king to reign, and Rehoboam was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. Judah was in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Before Joash became the 7th king to rule Judah, Jehoiada and his wife Jehosheba (Jehoshabeath) hid Joash 6 years within the priests' bedchambers in the temple of the Lord before Joash was introduced to the Israelites, crowned and anointed. Throughout Joash's childhood, Jehoiada was his teacher, and Joash obeyed the commands of the Lord God. After 130-year-old Jehoiada died, Joash followed the idol worshiping officials in Judah. When Jehoiada's son Zechariah proclaimed the words of the Lord God to them, the idolaters listened to the command of Joash and stoned Zechariah to death in the temple courtyard. Months thereafter, Arameans (Syrians) came to Judah and began killing and looting. Joash was left in a poorly state, and Zabad (Jozachar/Jozabad) the Ammonite and Jehozabad the Moabite killed Joash. The Moabites and Ammonites descended from Lot and Lot's daughters. Moab, the forefather of the Moabites, was born to Lot and Lot's oldest daughter. Ben-ammi, the forefather of the Ammonites, was born to Lot and Lot's youngest daughter. Over 700 years after Amaziah, the son born to Joash and Jehoaddan, became the 8th king to rule Judah, John the Baptist and Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, were born. John the Baptist was born into the tribe of Jacob's 3rd born son Levi to Zechariah (Zacharias) the priest and his wife Elizabeth (Elisabeth). Jesus the Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Elizabeth's relative Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah, the tribe of David and his descendants, all of Judah's kings, to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after John the Baptist and Jesus the Christ were born, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptist. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world, and testified that Jesus is the Son of God. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. And when he died, he said, The LORD look upon it, and require it.-2 Chronicles 24:17-22 ***In Egypt, Miriam and her younger brothers Moses were born into the tribe of Levi, to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Moses was 80 years old and Aaron was 83 when the Lord God sent them to speak to the Israelite elders and Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. The Israelites believed the words of the Lord God that Aaron spoke to them. Pharaoh did not believe, and he made the work of the enslaved Israelites more difficult. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Pharaoh told Moses and Aaron to get the Israelites and their animals and go worship the Lord God. Moreover, Pharaoh told Moses and Aaron to bless him. Before Moses and Aaron led the Israelites, and those with them, away from Egypt, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur, the Israelites asked for and were given an abundance of valuable goods, fulfilling the words that the Lord God spoke to Abraham. In the desert wilderness of Sinai, in the region of Mount Sinai, the Israelites heard the voice of the Lord God proclaim the Ten Commandments to them, and the Lord God began giving Moses judgments, statutes and laws for the Israelites, and the Lord God made a covenant with the Israelites, and the Israelites said they would obey the words of the Lord God. When Moses was upon Mount Sinai 40 days and nights with the Lord God, the Lord God gave Moses commands about the offering willing Israelites were to bring, and the Lord God described to Moses and showed Moses the likeness of the tabernacle, and the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and the other sacred items the Israelites were commanded to make, and the Lord God told Moses that only Aaron, and Aaron's sons and the sons born to their descendants were to serve the Lord God as priests. Meanwhile, the Israelites thought they were abandoned and told Aaron to make gods to lead them. Aaron told the Israelites to bring him their gold earrings, and Aaron made a golden calf that the Israelites worshiped and Moses burned and ground. During the 40-year journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, Miriam the prophetess died and was buried in Kadesh, in the desert wilderness of Zin. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron the high priest died. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died, and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' aide and successor, was from the tribe of Ephraim, was descended from Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel, their firstborn son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph's and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. After the Lord God spoke to Joshua, and Joshua sent 2 spies to Canaan, and Rahab hid the spies, and the spies returned, Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 300 years after 110-year-old Joshua died, and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Saul, from the tribe of Jacob and Rachel's 2nd and last son Benjamin, became the 1st king to reign. David, from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, was the 2nd king to rule over all of the Israelites. Solomon, a son born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king. Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. Murderers and idolaters ruled the northern nation of Israel. David's descendants ruled Judah, except for the 6-year reign of Athaliah. Athaliah's father Ahab was the 7th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. Rehoboam's great-great-grandson Jehoram (Joram) was the 5th king to rule Judah. Athaliah was Jehoram's wife. Jehoram and Athaliah's son Ahaziah was the 6th king to rule Judah. Ahaziah ruled 1 year before he was wounded during a battle and died. Afterwards, Athaliah put her royal descendants to death. However, Ahaziah's sister Jehosheba (Jehoshabeath), the wife of Jehoiada the priest, was able to hide Ahaziah's son Joash (Jehoash) and Joash's nurse. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Joash remained hidden 6 years in a bedchamber in the temple of the Lord until Jehoiada and his sons presented Joash to the Israelites, and Joash was anointed and became the 7th king to rule Judah. Joash obeyed Jehoiada and the commandments, judgments, statutes, and laws of the Lord God that Jehoiada taught him. After 130-year-old Jehoiada died, Joash began worshiping idols. Over 700 years after Amaziah, the son born to Joash and Jehoaddan, became the 8th king to rule Judah,  Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Jehosheba hid Ahaziah's 1-year-old son Joash (Jehoash) and Joash's nurse, and Joash remained hidden 6 years in a bedchamber in the temple of the Lord. Joash was 7 years old when Jehoiada and his sons presented him to their fellow Israelites as the rightful ruler of Judah, and the crown was put upon Joash's head. Jehoiada and his sons anointed Joash, and Joash became the 7th king to rule Judah, and Athaliah was killed. Jehoiada mentored Joash and taught Joash to obey the Ten Commandments that the Israelite ancestors heard the voice of the Lord God proclaim to them, and the judgments, statutes, and laws that the Lord God gave Moses for the Israelites. During Joash's 40-year reign, he commanded that the temple of the Lord be repaired and he established a collection system whereby funds were received and distributed to pay for materials and workmen. After 130-year-old Jehoiada died, Joash joined the actions of his idol worshiping peers and disregarded the temple of the Lord. Over 700 years after Joash was killed, and Amaziah, the son born to Joash and Jehoaddan, became the 8th king to rule Judah, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born.
