Proverbs Chapter 12 consists of 28 verses,
verses 1-7 are listed below:

1.Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.


2.A good man obtaineth favour of the LORD: but a man of wicked devices will he condemn.


3.A man shall not be established by wickedness: but the root of the righteous shall not be moved.


4.A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.


5.The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit.


6.The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood: but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them.


7.The wicked are overthrown, and are not: but the house of the righteous shall stand. 

Reference Information:

The divinely inspired writer of Proverbs Chapter 8, widely regarded to be King Solomon, the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, revealed that those who find wisdom obtain favor from the Lord God. In Proverbs Chapter 12 it is revealed that those who are good obtain favor from the Lord God. Proverbs Chapter 18 reveals that men who find a wife obtain favor from the Lord God. Over 900 years after Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, became the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, the Lord God sent Gabriel the angel to speak to Mary, a virgin who was pledged to wed Joseph. Before Gabriel told Mary that Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, would be conceived of the Holy Spirit in Mary's womb when Mary was a virgin, Gabriel told Mary that Mary found favor with God.
