...................................................................LET US LEARN TOGETHER WHAT IS GOOD. Job 34:4b(NIV)................................................................Some people see the Bible as a long and boring book filled with incidents and events from the lives of ancient people who probably never existed. The biblical stories are seen as fables. In this blog, many of the situations and conversations found in the divinely inspired Holy Scriptures have been placed in categories that correspond to expressive sayings and phrases. Say "Hi"

From a letter written by the apostle Paul
to believers in Rome:

I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: that ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ. Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us. Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household. Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord. Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord. Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them. Salute Philologus, and Julia. Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them. Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you.-Romans 16:1-16***Paul (Saul) was an Israelite from the tribe of Benjamin. Paul was descended from Benjamin, and Benjamin's parents Jacob (Israel) and Rachel, and Jacob's parents Isaac and Rebekah, and Isaac's parents Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), and their father Terah, and Terah's great-great-great-great-great-grandfather Arphaxad, and Arphaxad's father Shem, and Shem's father Noah the ark builder, and Noah's great-grandfather Enoch, and Enoch's great-great-great-grandfather Seth, and Seth's parents Adam and Eve. The Lord God created Adam, the first man. The Lord God formed Adam from the dust of the ground. The Lord God made Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adam. Initially, Paul persecuted and imprisoned Israelites who believed Jesus, who had been crucified, to be the Christ, the Son of God. After Paul and those with him saw a light from heaven flash around them, Paul heard the voice of Jesus speaking to him, Paul spoke to Jesus, and obeyed Jesus, and in Damascus Paul was baptized. From thenceforward, Paul the apostle journeyed and wrote divinely inspired letters, teaching Israelites and Gentiles, people not born into the Israelite tribes, the good news of Jesus the Christ and everlasting life. In a letter to believers in Rome, and Ephesus, and Thessalonica, and in a letter to Philemon, Paul revealed that he always remembers to mention specific people in his prayers to the Lord. In several letters, Paul encouraged believers to tend to the care of certain individuals, and to lift up greetings to one another, and Paul wrote of the greetings sent by those in his presence.-Genesis, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 8:1-40, 9:35-44, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, 6:1-8:4, 9:1-31, 11:19-28:31, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon
