The Words of
Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:
Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask him.-Matthew 6:1-8***Job was wealthy, and married, and Job and his wife were the parents of 10 children, and Job only worshiped the Lord God. When Job was in the midst of suffering after the deaths of the children, and the deaths of his servants, and the theft of some of his animals, and the massacre of his other animals, and the physical state of his body, Job spoke to his friends Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar about life, beliefs, hypocrites, and the Lord God. Job stated that a hypocrite shall not be in the presence of the Lord God, and Job pondered the result of a hypocrite's accomplishments when the Lord God required the hypocrite's soul. Eliphaz, Zophar, and Elihu, an observer younger than Job and Job's friends, also made comments regarding hypocrites. Eliphaz stated that the assemblage of hypocrites shall be barren, and Zophar said that a hypocrite's joy lasts only a short while. Elihu spoke of the will of the Lord God in regards to people and the leadership of hypocrites, and the hypocrite's refusal to call for help even when afflicted. Centuries after the Lord God spoke to Job out of the whirlwind, and the Lord God commanded Eliphaz to offer a burnt offering, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist, from the tribe of Levi. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. In the presence of his disciples, Jesus spoke about hypocrites, hypocritical action, and the Lord God.-Genesis 11:26-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24 Job, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
