They Said That Jesus Said

Jesus the Christ,
 the Son of God,
and his disciples

And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethpage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples, And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him. And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither. And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him. And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt? And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
-Mark 11:1-6***Over 700 years after Judah was born to Jacob (Israel) and Leah, Obed was born to Boaz and Ruth, and Jesse was born to Obed, and David was born to Jesse. Over a decade after David was born, he was anointed by Samuel, the priest, prophet and judge to reign as king over the Israelites in the Promised Land, according to the command of the Lord God. When David was 30 years old, he began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. When David was 37 1/2 years old, he became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. Over 900 years after 70-year-old David died, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. After other disciples stopped following Jesus, 12 disciples remained with Jesus. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the back of a specific donkey that he sent 2 of his disciples to fetch. Moreover, Judas Iscariot, the disciple and apostle, arranged to betray Jesus to the chief priests and temple guard leaders for 30 pieces of silver. When Jesus, Judas Iscariot and the 11 disciples were at the table during the Last Supper, Judas Iscariot left to lead the armed group to Jesus. After Jesus was arrested, the 11 disciples ran away.-Genesis 11:26-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

If - Then

Jesus the Christ, the Son of God,
and Martha and Lazarus:

Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. Jesus saith unto her, Said I
not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him. But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done. Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles. If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation.-John 11:39-48***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, healed people who were sick,  those with diseases and those with physical afflictions. Jesus cast out evil spirits, commanded the dead back to life, calmed storms, and fed multitudes. The number of people who believed Jesus to be the Christ continually increased, and the number of eyewitnesses to the miracles Jesus performed steadily grew. The chief priests and Pharisees held a meeting. Less than 33 1/2 years after Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin, Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot, the disciple and apostle, and Jesus was arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrectedseen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven.-Genesis 11:26-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24 Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

Some Explaining

And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people. Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen. And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake. Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God. And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council, And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law: For we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us. And all that sat in the council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel. Then said the high priest, Are these things so? And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran,-Acts 6:8-7:2***When Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptist, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot, the disciple
and apostle, and Jesus was arrestedcrucified, buried in tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven. Sometime thereafter, Matthias was chosen, according to the will of the Lord God, to join the 11 apostles who had walked with Jesus. When an issue arose regarding 2 separate groups of Israelite widows, the 12 apostles needed honest men filled with the Spirit of God and wisdom to attend to the ministry that distributed food to the widows. Stephen was full of faith, power and the Holy Spirit, and was among the 7 men selected. However, Stephen's words were criticized by several different sects among the Israelites. Liars were brought in to testify against Stephen, and Stephen was brought before the Sanhedrin council, which included the chief priests, elders and scribes. Stephen responded to the accusations by giving a brief history of the Israelites and the betrayal and murder of Jesus the Christ.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 2 Chronicles, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-8:4

Believe You Me

And the king said unto the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a reward. And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place: For so was it charged me by the word of the LORD, saying, Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest. So he went another way, and returned not by the way that he came to Bethel. Now there dwelt an old prophet in Bethel; and his sons came and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Bethel: the words which he had spoken unto the king, them they told also to their father. And their father said unto them, What way went he? For his sons had seen what way the man of God went, which came from Judah. And he said unto his sons, Saddle me the ass. So they saddled him the ass: and he rode thereon, And went after the man of God, and found him sitting under an oak: and he said unto him, Art thou the man of God that camest from Judah? And he said, I am. Then he said unto him, Come home with me, and eat bread. And he said, I may not return with thee, nor go in with thee: neither will I eat bread nor drink water with thee in this place: For it was said to me by the word of the LORD, Thou shalt eat no bread nor drink water there, nor turn again to go by the way that thou camest. He said unto him, I am a prophet also as thou art; and an angel spake unto me by the word of the LORD, saying, Bring him back with thee into thine house, that he may eat bread and drink water. But he lied unto him.-1 Kings 13:7-18*** Rehoboam was the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Rehoboam's father King Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam was the 1st king to reign. Jeroboam established idolatry throughout the kingdom,  appointed whomever he chose to be priests, and made sacrifices in his own style. The Lord God sent a prophet from Judah to speak the words of the Lord God to Jeroboam regarding the altar Jeroboam built. When Jeroboam reached out in anger, Jeroboam's hand immediately shriveled. Jeroboam's hand was healed after the prophet prayed to the Lord God. Jeroboam offered the prophet a chance to relax and receive compensation. However, the prophet refused, according to the command of the Lord God. When the prophet was returning to Judah, an elderly prophet from Bethel, a city in the northern kingdom, convinced the prophet from Judah that the Lord God had sent different commands. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. During Pekah's reign, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyria, began taking Israelites to Assyria. During the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule the northern nation, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Rehoboam's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson Jehoiakim  (Eliakim) was the 17th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiakim's reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. During the reign of Jehoiakim's son King Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the 18th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites to Babylon. During the reign of Jehoiakim's brother King Zedekiah (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah, the birth tribe of Solomon and all of Judah's kings, to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Before Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, and after Jesus was betrayed, arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven less than 33 1/2 years after he was born, the Roman Empire was ruling the land whereupon the kingdoms of the Israelites previously stood.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 10:1-29:30, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

Nope

The Words of
Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:

Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.-Matthew 25:1-9***Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, taught that there are some people who will enter the kingdom of heaven and others who will not, and some of those who are not allowed in may think that they should be welcome. Jesus taught that in the kingdom of heaven, which was at hand, there are levels of least, great and greatest, and the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven can be known, and those who enter the kingdom of heaven will sit among Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), Isaac and Jacob (Israel), ancestors of the Israelites. Over 2,000 years before Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and born into the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin, Abraham and Sarah (Sarai) were born to Terah. When Abraham was 100 years old, Isaac was born to Abraham and 90-year-old Sarah. When Isaac was 40 years old, he married Rebekah, Abraham and Sarah's grandniece. When Isaac was 60 years old, Jacob and his older fraternal twin brother Esau (Edom) were born to Isaac and Rebekah.-Genesis 11:27-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

Alrighty, then

Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me. But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the  presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD. But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken. Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not. And they said every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah. Then said they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest thou? what is thy country? and of what people art thou? And he said unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land. Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and said unto him, Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. Then said they unto him, What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? for the sea wrought and was tempestuous. And he said unto them, Take me up, and  cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you. Nevertheless the men rowed hard to bring it to the land; but they could not: for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous against them. Wherefore they cried unto the LORD, and said, We beseech thee, O LORD, we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O LORD, hast done as it pleased thee. So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging.-Jonah 1:1-15***Jonah the prophet and his fellow Israelites were living in 2 separate kingdoms in the Promised Land when the Lord God told Jonah to proclaim the words of the Lord God to the idol worshiping inhabitants of Nineveh in Assyria. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Jonah was associated with King Jeroboam, the son and successor of King Jehoash (Joash). Joash was the 12th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel in the Promised Land, and his son Jeroboam was the 13th king to reign. Over 200 years before Joash reigned, Saul, from the tribe of Benjamin, became the 1st king to rule over the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), and to Abraham's son Isaac, and to Isaac's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel), and to their descendants. David, from the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah, was the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. Do the Do's, Don't the Don'ts, and Be the Be's

From the Epistle to the Hebrews,
in the New Testament of the Holy Bible:

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
-Hebrews 11:1-6***Enoch was the great-great-great-great-grandson of Adam and Eve. The Lord God created Adam, the 1st man. The Lord God formed Adam from the dust of the ground. The Lord God made Adam's wife Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adam. Over 1,000 years after the Lord God was pleased with Enoch, the Lord God was pleased with the request of King Solomon. Solomon was descended from Enoch's great-grandson Noah the ark builder, Noah's son Shem, Shem's son Arphaxad, Arphaxad's great-great-great-great-great-grandson Terah, Terah's children Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), their son Isaac and his wife Rebekah, Isaac and Rebekah's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah. Solomon was the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Solomon asked the Lord God for wisdom, knowledge and an understanding heart to judge his fellow Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Over 900 years after Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, became the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. The Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men, including Simon Peter, James and John, to follow him, and Jesus began to preach teach and perform miracles among the Israelites. When Simon Peter, James and John were with Jesus upon a mountain, they heard the voice of the Lord God out of the cloud saying that in his beloved Son he is well pleased.-Genesis, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings 1:1-14:31, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 10:1-29:30, 2 Chronicles 1:1-12:16, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, Hebrews 11:1-40

Reference Scriptures:
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.-Genesis 1:1...And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.-Genesis 1:3

And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.-Genesis 4:3-5

And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.-Genesis 5:23-24

I've Obviously Got to Lie, Man, I've Obviously Got to Lie

And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul's presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night. Saul also sent messengers unto David's house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal David's wife told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to night, to morrow thou shalt be slain. So Michal let David down through a window: and he went, and fled, and escaped. And Michal took an image, and laid it in the bed, and put a pillow of goats' hair for his bolster, and covered it with a cloth. And when Saul sent the messengers again to see David, she said, He is sick. And Saul sent the messengers again to see David, saying, Bring him up to me in the bed, that I may slay him. And when the messengers were come in, behold, there was an image in the bed, with a pillow of goats' hair for his bolster. And Saul said unto Michal, Why hast thou deceived me so, and sent away mine enemy, that he is escaped? And Michal answered Saul, He said unto me, Let me go; why should I kill thee?-1 Samuel 19:10-17***Michal was the youngest daughter of King Saul, the 1st king to reign over the Israelites in the Promised LandSaul did not obey the commands of the Lord God.  The Lord God rejected Saul and sent Samuel, the priest, prophet and judge who had anointed Saul, to anoint David to reign as king. The Spirit of the Lord left Saul and came upon David. David served as a musician and an armor-bearer for Saul, and killed and beheaded Goliath the gigantic Philistine, and entered into a covenant with Saul's son Jonathan. The Israelite women sang of David higher than they sang of Saul. Saul was angry, and afraid of David, and wanted to kill David. Moreover, Saul wanted others, including Jonathan, to kill David. David married Michal, and Michal helped David escape from their home. While living on the run, David married Abigail and Ahinoam. Meanwhile, Michal was given in marriage to Palti (Patiel/Phalti). After Jonathan and his 2 brothers were killed by the Philistines, and Saul's self inflicted death on the same battlefield, men from the tribe of Judah, David's birth tribe, anointed 30-year-old David, and David began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. Saul's son Ishbosheth (Eshbaaal) reigned over the other Israelite tribes. After Ishbosheth made an accusation against Saul's cousin Abner, Abner wanted to make a covenant with David. David told Abner to bring Michal to him, and David sent a message to Ishbosheth, and David and Michal were reunited. After Ishbosheth was murdered, the Israelite elders went to David and David made a covenant with them. The elders anointed David, and 37 1/2-year-old David became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. David and his fellow Israelites brought the ark of the covenant of the Lord to the City of David from the home of Obed-edom. David was dancing before the Lord God after retrieving the ark. Michal saw David and despised David, and no children were born to David and Michal. Over 900 years after Solomon, the 2nd son born to David and Bathsheba, became the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings 1:1-11:43, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 8:1-40, 9:35-29:30, 2 Chronicles 1:1-9:31, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

Aggravating and Agitating

Now there was a certain man of Ramathaim-zophim, of mount Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephrathite: And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah: and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children. And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the LORD of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the LORD, were there. And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah Aaron his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions: But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the LORD had shut up her womb. And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb. And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.-1 Samuel 1:1-7***When Moses was upon Mount Sinai with the Lord God for 40 days and nights, the Lord God described the details and showed Moses the likeness for making the transportable tabernacle, the ark of the covenant of the Lord, the mercy seat, the table for the showbreadthe golden lampstand, the altar of burnt offering, the tabernacle courtyard, the garments and items for the priests, the altar of incense, the laver, and other sacred items the Israelites were to make. Months earlier, Moses and his older brother Aaron led their fellow Israelites, and those with them, away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur. Before the Israelites left Egypt, the Egyptians gave the Israelites an abundance of valuable goods, fulfilling the words that the Lord God spoke to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) over 600 years earlier. With the goods and material the Israelites were given, everything was made. The tabernacle was set in place and became covered with a cloud and filled with the glory of the Lord God. Afterwards, whenever the cloud was raised above the tabernacle, the Israelites continued on their journey to Canaan, the Promised Land. During the 40th year of their journey, Aaron died and was buried upon Mount Hor, and Moses went upon Mount Nebo. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' successor, led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and to Abraham's son Isaac, and to Isaac's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel), and to their descendants. Sometime thereafter, the tabernacle was set up in Shiloh. Over 200 years after Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Samuel was born into the tribe of Jacob's 3rd born son Levi, the birth tribe of Aaron and Moses, to Elkanah and Hannah. After Hannah weaned Samuel, Hannah took Samuel to the tabernacle complex in Shiloh to live. Over 1,000 years after Samuel died, and his body was buried in Ramah (of Ephraim/Ramathaim Zophim), Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 9:15-10:36, 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 18:1-10, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel 1:1-25:1, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
