At the last came two false witnesses, And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days. And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee? But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy. What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death. Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands, Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?-Matthew 26:57-68

Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the LORD thy God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evilfavouredness: for that is an abomination unto the LORD thy God. If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded; And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel: Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die. At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death. The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among you. Moses, and his older brother Aaron, their older sister Miriam, and their parents Amram and Jochebed were from the tribe of Levi, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Miriam and Aaron lived with their parents during the era when the Israelites were enslaved in Egypt. Moses lived as the son of the daughter of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. When Moses was 40 years old, he killed an Egyptian. The next day, an Israelite questioningly mentioned the murder to Moses, and Moses left Egypt and began living in Midian. Moses married Zipporah, a Midianite woman descended from Abraham and his 2nd wife Keturah, and Abraham and Keturah's son Midian. In Midian, Moses worked as a shepherd for Zipporah's father Reuel (Jethro). When Moses was 80 years old, the Lord God spoke to Moses and sent Moses, with 83-year-old Aaron, to speak to the Israelite elders and Pharaoh. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Moses and Aaron led the Israelites, and those with them, away from Egypt, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur. In the desert wilderness of Sinai, in the region of Mount Sinai, the Lord God began giving Moses judgments for the Israelites. The Lord God gave Aaron several statutes and laws to keep and several laws to teach the Israelites. During the 40-year journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, Miriam died and was buried in Kadesh, in the desert wilderness of Zin. Upon Mount Hor, 123-year-old Aaron died and was buried. Shortly thereafter, Moses addressed the Israelites and recounted their history, and the history of the Promised Land, and explained the commandments, judgments, statutes, and laws to the Israelites. The Lord God told Moses that the Israelites would not be obedient, and Moses told the Israelites that he knew they would not obey the commands of the Lord God. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' successor, was from the tribe of Ephraim, descended from Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel, their firstborn son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 400 years after 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Rehoboam, the son born to King Solomon and Naamah, became the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city, and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city, and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. Less than 200 years after Jeroboam's son Nadab became the 2nd king to rule the northern nation of Israel, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. During the reign of Rehoboam's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson Zedekiah (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Each and Every One

A vision the Lord God revealed to Zechariah the

priest and prophet when the Israelites were living

in Judah and Jerusalem in the Promised Land,

 after decades of Babylonian captivity:

Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll. And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll, the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it. I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.-Zechariah 5:1-4

Drinking, Drank and Drunk

And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan. These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread. And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father, and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.-Genesis 9:18-29***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that people were living far distances from one another before the flood of waters that the Lord God brought upon the earth for 40 days and nights. Cain and Abel were 2 of the sons born to Adam and Eve. The Lord God created Adam, the 1st man. The Lord God formed  Adam from the dust of the ground, and the Lord God made Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adam. After Cain killed Abel, and the Lord God began questioning Cain and describing the subsequent curse, Cain described to the Lord God the fatal harm people would inflict. Noah the ark builder was the great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Adam and Eve's son Seth. Noah was righteous and blameless and found favor in the eyes of the Lord God. After the Lord God brought 40 consecutive days and nights of rain upon the earth to destroy animals and mankind, water remained flooded upon the earth, and Noah, his family, and the specific animals that had been led to the ark were on the ark for over 300 days. Afterwards, according to the commands of the Lord God, Noah, his family, and the animals went out of the ark, and Noah built an altar and offered sacrifices to the Lord God. The Lord God blessed Noah and Noah's sons Shem, Ham, and Japheth, and spoke to them and established his covenant, and told them to be fruitful, become many and fill the earth. Genesis Chapter 9 reveals other actions of Noah, Ham, Shem, and Japheth and the curse and the blessings spoken by Noah. Genesis Chapter 10 reveals the places settled by the descendants of Japheth and Ham, and the settlement of Shem's  descendants. Shem's great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson was Terah. Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai) were born to Terah. Isaac was born to Abraham and Sarah. Fraternal twin sons Esau (Edom) and Jacob (Israel) were born to Isaac and his wife Rebekah, Abraham and Sarah's grandniece. Over 1,900 years after Judah was born to Jacob and his 1st wife Leah, the daughter of Rebekah's brother Laban the Syrian (Aramean), Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist, from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. In Judea, when Jesus was upon the Mount of Olives, Jesus spoke to his disciples about Noah, the flood and the ark.-Genesis 1:1-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

But there shall not an hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls. And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. When Samuel was elderly, and his sons Joel (Vashni) and Abiah were not obeying the commands of the Lord God, and King Nahash and his Ammonite army were preparing to attack, the Israelites elders told Samuel to appoint a king to lead them. After Samuel anointed Saul, from the tribe of Jacob's 12th and last son Benjamin, Saul became the 1st king to reign over the Israelites in the Promised Land, according to the will of the Lord God. After Saul disobeyed the commands of the Lord God, the Lord God tore the kingship from Saul and sent Samuel to anoint David, from the tribe of Jacob's 4th born son Judah, to reign as king. After the Philistines killed Saul's sons Jonathan, Malchishua and Abinadab (Ishu?), and Saul's self-inflicted death on the same battlefield, men from the tribe of Judah anointed David, and 30-year-old David began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. Saul's son Ishbosheth (Eshbaal) reigned over the other Israelite tribes. Sometime after Ishbosheth was murdered, the Israelite elders journeyed to David, and David made a covenant with then. The elders anointed David, and 37-year-old David became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. David obeyed the commands of the Lord God and was a man after the Lord God's own heart. Solomon, the 2nd child born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king to reign. During Solomon's latter years, Solomon became an idolater and did not obey the commands of the Lord God. Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. Jeroboam did not worship the Lord God or obey the commands of the Lord God. The northern nation was always ruled by murderers and idolaters. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. During Pekah's 20-year reign, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyria, began taking Israelites to Assyria. During the 9th year of the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule the northern nation, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. During the 5th year of Rehoboam's 17-year reign in Judah, King Shishak, ruler of Egypt, looted the temple of the Lord. Rehoboam's son and successor  King Abijah (Abijam) did not obey the commands of the Lord God. Abijah's son King Asa obeyed the commands of the Lord God and only worshiped the Lord God. However, Asa once sought help from King Ben-hadad, ruler of Syria (Aram). Asa's son King Jehoshaphat obeyed the commands of the Lord God and only worshiped the Lord God. Jehoshaphat sent Levites and priests to teach the Israelites all of the laws in the Book of the Law. Jehoshaphat's son King Jehoram did not obey the commands of the Lord God. Jehoram's son King Ahaziah and Ahaziah's mother Athaliah, who killed to rule Judah after Ahaziah's death, did not obey the commands of the Lord God. When Athaliah had reigned for 6 years, Jehoiada the priest presented Ahaziah's son Joash (Jehoash) as Judah's rightful ruler. Joash obeyed the commands of the Lord God before Jehoiada died. Moreover, Joash repaired the temple previously damaged under Athaliah's reign. After Jehoiada's death, Joash stopped obeying the commands of the Lord God. Joash was responsible for the murder of Jehoiada's son Zechariah, and 2 servants killed Joash. Joash's son Amaziah became an idol worshiper and was murdered. Amaziah's son Uzziah (Azariah), the 9th king to rule Judah, obeyed the commands of the Lord God. However, Uzziah went into the temple to burn incense and was a leper for the rest of his life. Uzziah's son Jotham, the 10th king to rule Judah, obeyed the commands of the Lord God. Jotham's son Ahaz, the 11th king to rule Judah, worshiped idols. Ahaz closed the temple of the Lord God and removed consecrated altars and holy items. Among the kings in Judah, Ahaz's son Hezekiah, the 12th king to rule Judah, was unparalleled in his trust in the Lord God. Hezekiah reopened the temple, and the priests consecrated the temple. Hezekiah's son Manasseh, the 13th king, and Manasseh's son Amon, the 14th king, did not worship the Lord God. Manasseh brought idolatry into the temple of the Lord God and was responsible for innocent bloodshed that the Lord God would not forgive. After Manasseh was taken captive to Assyria, Manasseh prayed to the Lord God and the Lord God brought Manasseh back to Jerusalem. Josiah, the son born to Amon and Adaiah, was the 15th king to rule Judah. Josiah was the last king in Judah who worshiped the Lord God. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Josiah turned to the Lord God with all his heart, soul and might. Jehoahaz, the son born to Josiah and Hamutal, was the 16th king to rule Judah, and he did not worship the Lord God. Jehoiakim (Eliakim), the son born to Josiah and Zebudah, was the 17th king to rule Judah. Jehoiakim did not worship the Lord God. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Josiah and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah, and he did not worship the Lord God. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. Zedekiah (Mattaniah), another son born to Josiah and Hamutal, was the 19th king to rule Judah, and he did not worship the Lord God. During the 11th year of Zedekiah's reign, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born.
