Authoritatively Speak

The Lord God speaks to Moses before sending Moses
and Moses' older brother Aaron to speak to the enslaved Israelites and Pharaoh, the king of Egypt:

And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.-Exodus 3:7-10

And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?-Exodus 3:11

And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.-Exodus 3:12

And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?-Exodus 3:13

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto youAnd God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations. Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt: And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey. And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God. And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand. And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go. And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty: But every woman shall borrow of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold,  and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters, and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.-Exodus 3:14-22

Praying, Crying and Pleading

Psalm 119 consists of 176 verses,
verses 129-136 are given below:

Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them. The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name. Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts. Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes. Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.-Psalm 119:129-136

Reference Scriptures:

Do the Do's, Don't the Don'ts, and Be the Be's

From a letter written by the apostle Paul,
with Sosthenes,
to believers in Corinth and everywhere:

Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do. Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren. As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time. Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. Let all your things be done with charity. I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,) That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth. I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied. For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.-1 Corinthians 16:10-18***When Isaac was 40 years old, he married Rebekah, the grandniece of his parents Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai). When Isaac was 60 years old, fraternal twin sons Esau (Edom) and Jacob (Israel) were born to Isaac and Rebekah. Decades thereafter, Jacob married Rebekah's nieces Leah and Rachel. Over 1,875 years Judah was born to Jacob and Leah, and Benjamin was born to Jacob and Rachel, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. On the 8th day after Jesus was born, Jesus was circumcised. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot, the disciple and apostle. Jesus was arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, and returned to heaven. Sometime thereafter, Paul (Saul), from the tribe of Benjamin, began going throughout Jerusalem, Judea, persecuting and imprisoning any Israelite who believed Jesus to be the Christ. When Paul was journeying to the synagogues in Damascus, Syria, to find, bind and take to Jerusalem any Israelite believers he found, Paul and those with him saw a light from heaven flash around him. Paul heard the voice of Jesus speaking to him, and Paul spoke to Jesus and obeyed Jesus. In Damascus Paul was baptized. From thenceforward, Paul the apostle journeyed alone and with other believers, teaching Israelites and Gentiles, people not born into the Israelite tribes, the good news of Jesus the Christ and everlasting life. Eunice, the mother of Timothy (Timotheus), was an Israelite and a believer. Timothy was a believer. Timothy's father was a Gentile. After Paul met Timothy, Paul circumcised Timothy before taking Timothy with him and others throughout the region. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Paul sent Timothy on missions and Timothy brought messages to Paul. Paul identified Timothy as a fellow worker, son, brother, and servant of Jesus the Christ. Apollos was an Israelite and a believer and went to Ephesus and Achaia and proved to many Israelites, by the Scriptures, that Jesus is the Christ. In the same divinely inspired letter Paul sent to believers in Corinth, Paul revealed that he baptized Crispus, Gaius, and the household of Stephanas. No additional information regarding Fortunatus and Achaicus is given in the King James version of the Holy Bible.-Genesis 11:26-35:29, 1 Chronicles 1:1-2:17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, 6:1-8:4, 9:1-31, 11:19-28:31, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon

The Lord God Said, and They Similarly Said

A message the Lord God
revealed to Isaiah the prophet:

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.-Isaiah 6:8-10

 and his disciples:

And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.-Matthew 13:10-17

The apostle Paul (Saul) and
some Israelite (Hebrew/Jewish) leaders:

And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both  out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. And some believed the things which were spoken, and some believed not. And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers, Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive: For the heart of thus people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.-Acts 28:23-28

Anyone, Anyone

A message the Lord God
revealed to Jeremiah the prophet:

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.-Jeremiah 17:9-11

In the divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible,
 additional verses about the heart:

-And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.-Genesis 6:5

-The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.-Psalm 14:1

-The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.-Psalm 53:1

.-Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men? Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.-Psalm 58:1-2

-A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.-Proverbs 6:12... Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.-Proverbs 6:14...These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,-Proverbs 6:16-18

-The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth.-Proverbs 10:20

-They that are of a froward heart are abomination to the LORD: but such as are upright in their way are his delight.-Proverbs 11:20

-Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellers of peace is joy.-Proverbs 12:20...A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.-Proverbs 12:23

.The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD,-Proverbs 16:1...Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.-Proverbs 16:5...A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.-Proverbs 16:9...The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.-Proverbs 16:21...The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips.-Proverbs 16:23

He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.-Proverbs 17:20...A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.-Proverbs 17:22

The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the LORD.-Proverbs 19:3

Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?-Proverbs 20:9

An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.-Proverbs 21:4

Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them. For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief.-Proverbs 24:1-2

He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.-Proverbs 26:24-25

He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat. He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.-Proverbs 28:25-26

This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.-Ecclesiastes 9:3

And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:-Matthew 12:25...O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.-Matthew 12:34-35

And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding? Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:-Matthew 15:16-19

And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.-Mark 7:20-23

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.-Luke 6:45

Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.-Romans 10:1...That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.-Romans 10:9-10

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:-Ephesians 4:17-18

The Bottom Line

The Words of
 Jesus the Christ,
 the Son of God:

Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.-John 12:44-50***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, is the Word. The Word was with the Lord God in the beginning. Jesus, the Word, was with his Father, the Lord God, before the world existed. Jesus is the image of the invisible God. Jesus is the firstborn over all creation. In Jesus, the Word, were created all things in the heavens and on earth. The Lord God created man in the beginning, on the 6th day. In the image of the Lord God, the Lord God created man. The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and called named his creation Adam. The Lord God formed Adam, the 1st man, from the dust of the ground, and the Lord God made Adam's wife Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adan. In the Garden of Eden, Eve was deceived and disobeyed the command of the Lord God. Eve spoke to Adam and Adam disobeyed the command of the Lord God. Through Adam sin entered into the world, and death entered through sin. Seth was born to Adam and Eve. Seth's great-great-great-grandson was Enoch. Enoch's great-grandson was Noah the ark builder. Shem was born to Noah, and Arphaxad was born to Shem. Arphaxad's great-great-great-great-great-grandson was Terah. Isaac was born to Terah's children Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai). When Isaac was 40 years old, he married Rebekah,  Abraham and Sarah's grandniece. Fraternal twin son Esau (Edom) and Jacob (Israel) were born to Isaac and Rebekah. Decades thereafter, Jacob married Rebekah's nieces Leah and Rachel. Over 1,900 years after Judah was born to Jacob and Leah, Jesus, the Christ, the last Adam, the 2nd man, was born. Jesus spoke to Nicodemus the Pharisee about being born again, the kingdom of God, being born of the Spirit, the Lord God, and everlasting life. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot, the disciple and apostle.  After Judas Iscariot left, Jesus taught and revealed more messages to the 11 disciples and apostles with him, and Jesus prayed to his Father. The 11 disciples and apostles went with Jesus to the Mount of Olives, and in Gethsemane, Jesus prayed to his Father. An angel  from heaven appeared to Jesus, strengthening
Jesus. Jesus was arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, returned to heaven, and is seated at the right hand of his Father, interceding for us.-Genesis, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, Romans, 1 Corinthians 1:1-31, 15:1-58

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.-John 6:35...And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.-John 6:40

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.-John 8:12...Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man. And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.-John 8:15-16

Year In and Year Out

And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines. Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served the LORD only. And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I will pray for you unto the LORD. And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh. And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines. And the children of Israel said to Samuel, cease not to cry unto the LORD our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines. And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto the LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him. And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel. And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Beth-car. Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us. So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel. And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites. And Samuel judged Israel all the days of his life. And he went from year to year in circuit to Bethel, and and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and judged Israel in all those places. And his return was to Ramah; for there was his house; and there he judged Israel; and there he built an altar unto the LORD.-1 Samuel 7:3-17***Samuel the priest, prophet and judge was born into the tribe of Levi to Elkanah and Hannah. Elkanah was descended from Aaron the priest and Elisheba, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, Isaac and Rebekah, Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), their father Terah, Terah's great-great-great-great-great-grandfather Arphaxad, Arphaxad's father Shem, Shem's father Noah the ark builder, Noah's great-grandfather Enoch, Enoch's great-great-great-grandfather Seth, and Seth's parents Adam and Eve. The Lord God created Adam, the 1st man. The Lord God formed Adam from the dust of the ground, and the Lord God made Adam's wife Eve, the mother of all living, after taking a part out of Adam. When Samuel was weaned, Hannah took Samuel to live at the tabernacle complex in Shiloh, giving Samuel to the Lord God, fulfilling the vow that she made to the Lord God before Samuel was conceived. When Samuel was a child, he heard the Lord God calling him. After Samuel received instructions from Eli the priest, Samuel answered the Lord God and proclaimed the words of the Lord God to Eli. When Samuel was older, he journeyed among the Israelites and led the Israelites to perform the will of the Lord God. When Samuel was elderly, and his sons Joel (Vashni) and Abiah were wicked judges, and King Nahash and his fellow Ammonites were preparing to attack, the Israelite elders demanded that Samuel appoint a king to lead them. Samuel prayed to the Lord God, and proclaimed the words of the Lord God to the Israelites, and anointed Saulfrom the tribe of Benjamin, to reign as king, according to the command of the Lord God. Benjamin was the 2nd and last son born to Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel. In Mizpah (Mizpeh), Saul hid himself, and the Israelites sought the will of the Lord God. After the Israelites presented Saul to Samuel, Samuel presented Saul to the Israelites. Thus, Saul reigned as king over the Israelites in the Promised Land, the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. In Gilgal, after Saul led the Israelites to victory over the Ammonites, according to the will of the Lord God, peace offerings were sacrificed to the Lord God. The Israelites publicly confirmed that Saul was their king, and Saul and the Israelite men rejoiced. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Samuel addressed the Israelites and spoke of his life and behavior, and the history of the Israelites, and the potential behavior of the Israelites, and made a request of the Lord God. At least twice, Saul did not obey the commands of the Lord God. While Saul reigned, the Lord God sent Samuel to anoint David, from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah, to reign as king. Sometime before Samuel's death before David actually began to reign, Samuel and David possibly made plans for the duties to be performed by Levites at the house for the Name of the Lord that would be built my David's son and successor. After Saul's sons Jonathan, Abinadab and Malchishua (Melchishua) were killed by the Philistines, and Saul's self-inflicted death on the same battlefield, men from the tribe of Judah anointed David, and 30-year-old David began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. Saul's son Ishbosheth (Eshbaal) reigned over the other Israelite tribes. After Ishbosheth was murdered, the Israelite elders went to David, and David made a covenant with them. The elders anointed David, and 37-year-old David became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. Over 900 years after Solomon, the 2nd child born to David and Bathsheba, became the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites, and built the temple of the Lord, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist, from the tribe of Levi. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God.-Genesis, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 18:1-28, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings 1:1-11:43, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, 8:1-40, 9:35-29:30, 2 Chronicles 1:1-9:31, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
