Just in Case

There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.-Job 1:1-5***Uz was possibly located in the land of Edom, the region that became known for its idol worshiping inhabitants the Edomites, the descendants of Esau (Edom). Esau was the older fraternal twin brother of Jacob (Israel), and they were the only children born to  Isaac and Rebekah. Isaac was the only child born to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai). Abraham only worshiped the Lord God, and only made his sacrifices and prayers to the Lord God, and heard the voice of the Lord God, and spoke with the Lord God, and was a friend of God. Job only worshiped the Lord God, and only made his sacrifices and prayers to the Lord God, and heard the voice of the Lord God, and spoke with the Lord God. Job's friends Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar worshiped the Lord God, and Eliphaz heard the voice of the Lord God. Over 1,900 years after Jacob married Rebekah's nieces Leah and Rachel, and Judah was born to Jacob and Leah, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-36:43, Exodus 20:1-26, Deuteronomy 23:7-8, 1 Chronicles 1:1-54, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 2 Chronicles 25:1-28, Job, Lamentations 4:21, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, James 2:14-24
