The Words of
Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:
O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.-Matthew 12:34-37***Before and during his reign as king over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land, David was a man after God's own heart. When David was a young shepherd, he gave glory to the Lord God for delivering him from a lion and a bear, and David went in the name of the Lord to defeat Goliath the gigantic Philistine. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that with his whole heart David praised the Lord God, and David's heart was firmly fixed and established. David revealed that he was determined to be purposeful about his speech and he wanted the Lord God to be pleased with the words he spoke. Over 900 years after Solomon, the 2nd son born to David and Bathsheba, became the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah, the birth tribe of David, Solomon and every king who reigned in Jerusalem, to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. For 40 days Jesus fasted and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and Jesus went to Galilee. Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites.
