FYI - For Your Information

And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again. And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. But from the beginning of the creation God made themmale and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.-Mark 10:1-12***Moses and his older siblings Miriam and Aaron were Israelites from the tribe of Levi. However, Moses was named and raised by the daughter of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. When Moses was 40 years old, he left Egypt after the murder he committed was mentioned to him. When Moses was 80 years old, the Lord God told Moses to go with Aaron and speak to Pharaoh and to the Israelite elders. The Lord God told Moses that he was to lead the Israelites, with Aaron, to a land of milk and honey. After the Lord God brought the 10th and final plague upon Pharaoh and Egypt, Moses and Aaron led the Israelites, and those with them, away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur. Months thereafter, in the desert wilderness of Sinai, in the region of Mount Sinai, the Israelites heard the voice of the Lord God proclaim the Ten Commandments to them, and the Lord God began giving Moses judgments, statutes, and laws for the Israelites. Adulterers were to be put to death. However, if a husband was only suspicious of his wife's fidelity, there was a specific procedure the wife was required to undergo under the authority of the priest. If a man turned against his wife and spoke lies regarding her virginity, and her parents proved their daughter was a virgin, the husband was to be fined and he was not allowed to ever divorce his wife. However, if a bride was not a virgin and her virginity could not be proven, she was to be taken to her father's house and stoned to death. A divorced man was not allowed to remarry the spouse he had divorced after the spouse remarried and became divorced again or became a widow. Miriam died and was buried in Kadesh in the desert wilderness of Zin. During the 40th year of their journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, the land of milk of honey, Aaron died and was buried upon Mount Hor, and Moses went upon Mount Nebo. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' successor,  was from the tribe of Ephraim, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and Rachel, Joseph and Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. Levi was the 3rd son born to Jacob and his 1st wife Leah. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 1,300 years after Joshua died and his body was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. For 40 days Jesus fasted and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and Jesus went to Galilee. Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites. In Judea, a group of Pharisees approached Jesus.-Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus 20:1-27, 27:1-34, Numbers 5:1-27, 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 22:1-30, 24:1-22, 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, 7:20-29, Malachi 2:1-17, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, Romans 7:1-25, 1 Corinthians 6:1-7:40, Ephesians 5:1-33
