Other Brother

Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked him, Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having a wife; and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother. There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children. And the second took her to wife, and he died childless. And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died. Last of all the woman died also. Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife. And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Issac, and the God of Jacob. For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.-Luke 20:27-38***John the Baptist and his parents Zechariah (Zacharias) the priest and Elizabeth (Elisabeth) were Israelites from the tribe of Levi, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. The Sadducees and Pharisees were Israelite sects, and John the Baptist identified them with vipers. The Sadducees and Pharisees wanted Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, to show them a sign from heaven. The Pharisees believed that angels, spirits and resurrection existed. The Sadducees did not believe in angels, spirits or resurrection. Over 1,800 years before Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and born into the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin, Er, Onan and Shelah were born to Judah and his wife. Er married Tamar. After the Lord God killed Er, Judah told Onan to marry Tamar. After the Lord God killed Onan, Judah assured Tamar that when Shelah was grown, Shelah would be her husband. After Judah's wife died and Tamar realized that a marriage between her and Shelah was not going to occur, she developed a plan that resulted in twin sons Perez and Zerah (Pharez and Zarah) being born to Judah and Tamar. Notably, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judah, Tamar, Perez, Zerah, Joseph, and Mary are listed in the biblical genealogy of Jesus the Christ.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Deuteronomy 25:5-10, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26, 4:1-5:42, 23:1-35

Reference Scriptures:
If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her. And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.-Deuteronomy 25:5-6
