Some Advice to Keep in Mind

The Words of
Jesus the Christ,
the Son of God:

And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David's son? And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. David therefore calleth him Lord, how is he then his son? Then in the audience of all the people he said unto his disciples, Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts; which devour widows' houses, and for a shew make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.-Luke 20:41-47***David was an Israelite from the tribe of Judah and the 8th son born in his family. Before Samuel the priest, prophet and judge anointed David to reign as king over the Israelites in the Promised Land, David was a shepherd, fighter and psalmist. When David was 30 years old, he began to reign only over the tribe of Judah. When David was 37 years old, he became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites. When David was 70 years old, he died and was buried in the City of David. Over 900 years after Solomon, the 2nd child born to David and Bathsheba, became the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. In the region of Tyre and Sidon, a woman who was not an Israelite asked Jesus for mercy and addressed Jesus as the Son of David. Bartimaeus and another blind man near Jericho, and 2 blind men in another region called out for mercy from Jesus, addressing Jesus as the Son of David. In joyous shouts, the crowds along the road near Jerusalem proclaimed Jesus to be the Son of David, and youngsters in Jerusalem proclaimed Jesus to be the Son of David. The scribes, the Israelites who studied and could teach from the laws that the Lord God gave to Moses for the Israelites, did not recognize, address or acknowledge Jesus as the Christ, or the Son of God, or the Son of David.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, Ruth, 1 Samuel 1:1-3:21, 8:1-31:13, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings 1:1-11:43, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 10:1-29:30, 2 Chronicles 1:1-9:31, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
