He Said, and He Similarly Said

And when Rehoboam was come to Jerusalem, he gathered of the house of Judah and Benjamin an hundred and fourscore thousand chosen men, which were warriors, to fight against Israel, that he might bring the kingdom again to Rehoboam. But the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying, Speak unto Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren: return every man to his house: for this thing is done of me. And they obeyed the words of the LORD, and returned from going against Jeroboam.-2 Chronicles 11:1-4***Rehoboam was born to King Solomon and Naamah. Solomon was the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites in the Promised LandRehoboam was the 4th king. During the 1st decades of his life, Solomon only worshiped the Lord God. During Solomon's elderly years, Solomon worshiped idols.  After Rehoboam began to reign and gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. The tribe of Judah and the tribe of Benjamin became the southern nation, Judah. The other Israelite tribes became the northern nation, Israel. Rehoboam was the 1st king to rule Judah. Jeroboam, a former project supervisor, was the 1st king to rule the northern nation of Israel. Rehoboam gathered his army to defeat the Israelites in the northern nation and restore all the Israelite tribes to him. However, Shemaiah, a prophet of the Lord God, proclaimed a message from the Lord God to Rehoboam and the Israelites in Judah. Notably, Solomon, Rehoboam, and many of the ancestors of the Israelites, including Abraham (Abram the Hebrew), Isaac and Jacob (Israel), and many of the descendants who reigned in Jerusalem are listed in the biblical genealogies of Jesus the Christ, the Son of God.-Genesis, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Samuel 1:1-3:21, 8:1-31:13, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings 1:1-14:31, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 8:1-40, 9:35-29:30, 2 Chronicles 1:1-12:16, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26

******************************************************

And Zichri, a mighty man of Ephraim, slew Maaseiah the king's son, and Azrikam the governor of the house, and Elkanah that was next to the king. And the children of Israel carried away captive of their brethren two hundred thousand, women, sons, and daughters, and took also away much spoil from them and brought the spoil to Samaria. But a prophet of the LORD was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out before the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because the LORD God of your fathers was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage that reacheth up unto heaven. And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: but are there not with you, even with you, sins against the LORD your God? Now hear me therefore, and deliver the captives again, which ye have taken captive of your brethren: for the fierce wrath of the LORD is upon you.-2 Chronicles 28:7-11***King Ahaz was the 11th king to rule Judah, the southern nation in the Promised Land. Ahaz worshiped idols. Moreover, Ahaz's great-grandfather King Amaziah, and Amaziah's father King Joash (Jehoash), and Joash's father King Ahaziah, and Ahaziah's mother Athaliah, and Ahaziah'
s father King Joram (Jehoram), and Joram's great-grandfather King  Abijam (Abijah), and Abijam's father King Rehoboam worshiped idols. According to the will of the Lord God, Ahaz and the Israelites in Judah were defeated by the Syrians (Arameans) and King Pekah, the 18th king to reign over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. Before Pekah completely enslaved his fellow Israelites, Oded, a prophet of the Lord God, revealed a message he received from the Lord God. The Assyrians invaded the kingdom during Pekah's reign and began taking Israelites to Assyria. During the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to rule the northern nation, the Assyrians conquered the royal city, Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. King Jehoiakim (Eliakim) was Ahaz's great-great-great-grandson and the 17th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiakim's reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem, the royal city, and began looting the temple of the Lord. During the reign of Jehoiakim's son King Jehoiachin, the 18th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians began taking Israelites to Babylon. During the reign of Jehoiakim's brother King Zedekiah (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in he womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah, the birth of tribe of Judah's kings, to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 10:1-29:30, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Isaiah 1:1-31, 7:1-25, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
