...................................................................LET US LEARN TOGETHER WHAT IS GOOD. Job 34:4b(NIV)................................................................Some people see the Bible as a long and boring book filled with incidents and events from the lives of ancient people who probably never existed. The biblical stories are seen as fables. Notably, Romans 15:4 reveals: For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.(KJV) In this blog, many of the situations and conversations found in the divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible have been placed in categories that correspond to expressive sayings and phrases. Which One

Jesus the Christ, the Son of God,
and his disciples:

Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.
And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him, And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great. And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us
.-Luke 9:46-50***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that over 2,000 years ago, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband  Joseph when Mary was a virgin. On the 8th day after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was circumcised according to the covenant of circumcision that the Lord God gave Joseph and Mary's ancestor Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) when Abraham was 99 years old. During the 12th year after Jesus was born, Joseph and Mary found Jesus in Jerusalem at the temple of the Lord, listening, questioning, understanding, and answering. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist, from the tribe of Abraham's great-grandson Levi. Jesus having prayed, the heavens tearing open, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus. The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men, including Simon Peter, James and John, to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. Jesus chose Simon Peter, James, John, and 9 other disciples and named them apostles, and gave the 12 men power, and sent them on a preaching and healing mission only among the Israelites. After returning to Jesus, and witnessing a feeding miracle, and hearing Jesus ask a specific question, and after Jesus spoke to the 12 about his upcoming crucifixion and resurrection, and after Simon Peter, James and John saw Jesus transfigured and speaking with Moses and Elijah, prophets who had lived centuries earlier, and after Simon Peter, James and John heard the voice of the Lord God telling them to listen to his Son Jesus, and after a man sought help from Jesus for the man's son, the disciples were speculating among themselves.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Number 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings 1:1-2:25, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
