How Now Shall It Come About

After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias. And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased. And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples. And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh. When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.-John 6:1-6***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Lord God tested Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) sometime before the death of Sarah (Sarai), Abraham's wife. The Lord God told Abraham to take Isaac, the only child born to Abraham and Sarah, and offer Isaac in Moriah as a burnt offering. The Lord tested the Israelites, the descendants of Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and his wife Rebekah, Isaac and Rebekah's youngest fraternal twin son Jacob (Israel) and his wives Leah and Rachel and maidservants Bilhah and Zilpah, and the 12 sons born to Jacob, his wives and maidservants. The Israelites were tested in the desert wilderness of Shur, and the desert wilderness of Sin, and other places during the 40 years after Moses and his older brother Aaron led them away from Egyptian slavery and across the divinely parted Red Sea. After Joshua, Moses' successor, led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the Promised Land, the Lord God tested the Israelites and did not fully drive out the nations that were not previously forced from the land before the death of Joshua. Rehoboam, the son born to King Solomon and Naamah, was the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the Promised Land. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city, and Jeroboam was the 1st king to reign. Judah was nation in the south, Jerusalem  was the royal city, and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Less than 200 years after Jeroboam's son Nadab became the 2nd king to rule the northern nation of Israel, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Less than 140 years after Samaria was conquered, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Less than 600 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. For 40 days Jesus fasted and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and Jesus went to Galilee. Jesus told specific Israelite men, including Philip from Bethsaida in Galilee, to follow him. Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, and Philip was 1 of the 12 disciples and apostles of Jesus the Christ.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 10:1-25:18, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 8:1-20, 13:1-18, 31:1-34:12, Joshua, Judges 1:1-3:31, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, 7:20-29, 10:1-29:30, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Isaiah 36:1-39:8, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
