In the desert wilderness of Sinai,
the dedication of the altar:
This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of gold: Each charger of silver weighing an hundred and thirty shekels, each bowl seventy: all the silver vessels weighed two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary: The golden spoons were twelve, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the gold of the spoons was an hundred and twenty shekels. All the oxen for the burnt offering were twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year twelve, with their meat offering: and the kids of the goats for sin offering twelve. And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace offerings were twenty and four bullocks, the rams sixty, the he goats sixty, the lambs of the first year sixty. This was the dedication of the altar, after that it was anointed. And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubims: and he spake unto him.-Numbers 7:84-89***When Moses was upon Mount Sinai 40 days and nights with the Lord God, the Lord God described to Moses and showed Moses the likeness of the tabernacle, and the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the mercy seat, and the other sacred items that the Israelites were to make. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that the Lord God told Moses that only Moses' older brother Aaron and Aaron's sons and the sons born to their descendants were to serve the Lord God as priests. The Lord God told Moses the names of everyone he had chosen and given the wisdom necessary to make the sacred items, and the Lord God told Moses to ask for offerings and skillful volunteers from among the Israelites. Afterwards, Moses made and brought so many items to the workers that the workers spoke to Moses, and Moses told the Israelites not to make any more items. After the tabernacle, and the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and the other items were set in place and anointed, leaders from each Israelite tribe brought an offering of carts and oxen. The carts and oxen were given to the Levites for use at the tabernacle. The Levites, including Moses and Aaron, were from the tribe of Levi, descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and his 1st wife Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Each tribal leader was to bring another offering for the altar dedication, according to the command of the Lord God. When Moses went into the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, sometime after the dedication offerings were received, he heard the voice of the Lord God. During the 40th year after Moses and Aaron led the Israelites away from Egyptian slavery, across the divinely parted Red Sea, and into the desert wilderness of Shur, according to the commands of the Lord God, 123-year-old Aaron died upon Mount Hor. When Moses went upon Mount Nebo, the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' successor, was from the tribe of Ephraim, descended Jacob and his 2nd wife Rachel, their firstborn son Joseph and his wife Asenath, and Joseph and Asenath's 2nd born son Ephraim, whom Jacob proclaimed to be his own son. Joshua led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 1,300 years after 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Leviticus 1:1-10:20, Numbers 1:1-7:89, 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 31:1-30, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Chronicles 1:1-34, 2:1-17, 3:1-24, 6:1-81, 7:20-29, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
