...................................................................LET US LEARN TOGETHER WHAT IS GOOD. Job 34:4b(NIV)................................................................Some people see the Bible as a long and boring book filled with incidents and events from the lives of ancient people who probably never existed. The biblical stories are seen as fables. Notably, Romans 15:4 reveals: For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.(KJV) In this blog, many of the situations and conversations found in the divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible have been placed in categories that correspond to expressive sayings and phrases. Reference information, background information and links connecting the people and places are given to help you find a place to begin reading the Bible for yourself.

Everybody Everywhere

King Solomon:

And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen. And those officers provided victual for king Solomon, and for all that came unto king Solomon's table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing. Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the officers were, every man according to his charge. And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore. And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt. For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about. And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five. And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes. And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.-1 Kings 4:26-34***David was an Israelite descended from Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Satai), Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob (Israel) and Leah, and Jacob and Leah's 4th born son Judah. Samuel, the priest, prophet and judge, was from the tribe of Jacob and Leah's 3rd born son Levi. Years after Samuel anointed David to reign as king, according to the command of the Lord God, 30-year-old David began to reign only over the tribe of Judah in the Promised Land. When David was 37 1/2 years old, he became the 2nd king to reign over all of the Israelites in the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Issac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. David was a renown warrior, musician and psalmist. Solomon, the 2nd child born to David and Bathsheba, was the 3rd king to reign over all of the Israelites. Solomon became known for his unparalleled wealth, wisdom and proverbial thoughts. A definitive identification of Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Calcol, Darda, and Mahhol is not revealed in the  divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible. However, Judah's son Zerah (Zarah) was the father of 5 sons: Zimri, Ethan, Heman, Calcol, and Dara. The names Ethan and Heman are listed in the biblical genealogy of the tribe of Levi. Moreover, the names Ethan and Heman appear in a list list specially selected singers and musicians. Heman the Ezrahite is associated with Psalm 88, and Ethan the Ezrahite is associated with Psalm 89. Mahol does not appear anywhere else in the Holy Bible. Over 900 years after Rehoboam, the son born to Solomon and Naamah, became the 4th king to reign over all of the Israelites, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin.-Genesis 11:26-50:26, Exodus, Numbers 20:1-29, 27:12-23, Deuteronomy 30:1-30, 32:44-52, 34:1-12, Joshua 1:1-4:24, 23:1-24:33, Judges 1:1-2:23, 1 Samuel 1:1-3:21, 8:1-31:13, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Psalm 88, Psalm 89, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts 1:1-26
