Keep in Mind This Last Line of Mine
Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye. Stephen was 1 of 7 Israelite men elected by the disciples of Jesus the Christ to administer daily allowances to the widows. Stephen and the other men chosen were filled with the Holy Spirit and wisdom. Moreover, Stephen had the grace and power of the Lord God in his life. Stephen performed wonders and signs that brought jealousy from those throughout the Israelite community who did not approve of such works.
