Through with You

After these things Paul departed from Athens, and came to Corinth; And found a certain Jew named Aquila, born to Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla; (because that Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome:) and came unto them. And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers. And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. And when Silas and Timotheus were come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ. And when they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.-Acts 18:1-6***The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was sent by his Father, the Lord God in heaven, to do the will of the Lord God. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Judah was the 4th son born to Jacob (Israel) and Leah. Jacob was the youngest fraternal twin son born to Isaac and Rebekah, and Isaac was the only child born to Abraham (Abram the Hebrew) and Sarah (Sarai). Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. For 40 days Jesus fasted and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites. Jesus sometimes taught and sometimes performed miracles among Gentiles, people not born into the Israelite tribes. Jesus sent his 12 disciples and apostles to preach, teach and perform miracles only among the Israelites. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed, arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, and returned to heaven. Simon Peter, 1 of the 3 disciples and apostles most constantly with Jesus, became a leader among the Israelite believers. After Simon Peter received a vision from the Lord, he understood that the good news of Jesus was also for Gentiles. Simon Peter taught among some Gentiles and the Gentiles were baptized. Paul (Saul) was an Israelite from the tribe of Benjamin. Throughout Jerusalem, Paul persecuted and imprisoned any Israelite man or woman who believed Jesus to be the Christ. When Paul was journeying to the synagogues in Damascus in Syria to find, bind and take to Jerusalem any Israelite believers he found, Paul and those with him saw a light from heaven flash around them. Paul heard the voice of Jesus speaking to him, and Paul spoke to Jesus and obeyed Jesus. In Damascus, Paul was baptized.
