The Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and John the Baptist proclaimed Jesus to be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world, and testified that Jesus is the Son of God. In Galilee, Jesus told specific Israelite men, including Simon Peter, James and John, to follow him, and Jesus began to preach, teach and perform miracles among the Israelites, the treasured and chosen people of the Lord God. After Simon Peter, James and John were upon a mountain with Jesus and saw Jesus transfigured and speaking with Moses and Elijah, prophets who had lived centuries earlier, and after Simon Peter, James and John heard the voice of the Lord God speaking to them, Jesus taught Simon Peter, James, John and the other disciples and apostles revelations about unbelief, faith, belief, prayer, and fasting. A message the Lord God

revealed to Micah prophet

Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.-Micah 7:18-20***In the Promised Land, throughout the years that King Jotham, and his son King Ahaz, and Ahaz's son King Hezekiah  successively ruled in Jerusalem over Judah, the southern nation, and King Pekah and his murderer and successor King Hoshea ruled in Samaria over the northern nation of Israel, Micah the prophet was proclaiming the words of the Lord God to the Israelites. The divinely inspired words that the Lord God gave Micah to speak are similar to the words that the Lord God proclaimed about himself to Moses the prophet less than 700 years earlier. During the 40th year after the Lord God descended in the cloud and made the proclamations about himself, Moses went upon Mount Nebo, and the Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' aide and  successor from the tribe of Ephraim, led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 400 years after 110-year-old Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Rehoboam, the son born to King Solomon and Naamah, became the 4th king to rule over all of the Israelites. After Rehoboam gave a specific answer, the Israelites split into 2 kingdoms, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of Solomon. Judah was the nation in the south, Jerusalem was the royal city and Rehoboam was the 1st king to reign. Israel was the northern nation, Samaria was the final royal city and Jeroboam, the son born to Nebat and Zeruah, was the 1st king to reign. King Pekah was the 18th king to rule over all of the Israelites in the northern nation of Israel. During Pekah's 20-year reign, the Assyrians invaded the kingdom and King Tiglath-pileser, ruler of Assyria, began taking Israelites captive. During the 9th year of the reign of King Hoshea, the 19th king to reign, the Assyrians conquered Samaria, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Rehoboam's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson Jotham was the 10th king to rule Judah. Ahaz was the 11th king and Hezekiah was the 12th king. Hezekiah's great-great-grandson Jehoiakim (Eliakim) was the 17th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiakim's 11-year reign, the Babylonians (Chaldeans) invaded Judah and Jerusalem and King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of Babylon, began looting the temple of the Lord. Jehoiachin (Jeconiah/Coniah), the son born to Jehoiakim and Nehushta, was the 18th king to rule Judah. During Jehoiachin's 3-month reign, the Babylonians took more prominent Israelites, including Jehoiachin, his wives and mother, to Babylon. During the 11th year of the reign of King Zedekiah  (Mattaniah), the 19th king to rule Judah, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, according to the will of the Lord God, due to the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. Over 500 years after Israelites began returning to Judah and Jerusalem, Jesus the Christ,  the Son of God, the Savior of the world, was born. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. There was  a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.-John 1:6-8

That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.-John 1:9-13

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.-Galatians 5:13-15

Hear Ye, Hear Ye

If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. The Lord God gave Moses commands for an offering to be collected and the sacred items to be made, including the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the tabernacle. The divinely inspired Scriptures of the Holy Bible reveal that Moses was upon Mount Sinai with the Lord God 2 separate times. Each time, Moses fasted 40 days and nights, and each time the Lord God gave Moses 2 stone tablets whereupon were written, with the finger of God, the Ten Commandments. Moses purposefully broke the original 2 tablets after he saw the idolatry and other wickedness of the Israelites. During the 40th year of their journey to Canaan, the Promised Land, 123-year-old Aaron the high priest died upon Mount Hor, and Moses went upon Mount Nebo. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and 120-year-old Moses the prophet died and was divinely buried. Less than 3 1/2 years after Jesus was baptized, Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot the disciple and apostle, and Jesus was arrested, crucified, buried in a tomb, resurrected, seen by over 500 people, and returned to heaven. Years thereafter, the apostle Paul (Saul) was divinely inspired to write that love is the fulfillment of the law and all the law is fulfilled in loving one's neighbor as one's self.
