The Lord God Himself

And Moses took the tabernacle, and pitched it without the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the Tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass, that every one which sought the LORD went out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which was without the camp. And it came to pass, when Moses went out unto the tabernacle, that all the people rose up, and stood every man at his tent door, and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the tabernacle. And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses. And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door. And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.-Exodus 33:7-11***Before the Israelites built the transportable tabernacle that the Lord God described and showed to Moses when Moses was with the Lord God on Mount Sinai for 40 days and nights, Moses used a different tent in service between him, the Lord God, and the Israelites. Moses set the tent at a distance from the Israelites in the region of Mount  Sinai. After the transportable tabernacle, the tent of meeting (tabernacle of the congregation), was properly arranged, and all of the sacred items set therein, and Moses anointed everything according to the commands of the Lord God, the tabernacle was covered by the cloud, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord God. The same night, the appearance of fire was over the tabernacle until the following morning. Throughout the 40 years that Moses and his older brother Aaron led their fellow Israelites, and those with them, through the desert wilderness, after leading them away from Egyptian slavery, the Lord God led the Israelites in a visible, daytime pillar of a cloud and a visible, nighttime pillar of a fire. In the 40th year of their journey to the Promised Land, Aaron died and was buried upon Mount Hor, and Moses went upon Mount Nebo. The Lord God showed Moses the Promised Land, and Moses died and was divinely buried. Joshua, Moses' successor, led the Israelites across the divinely parted Jordan River and onto the land that the Lord God promised to give to Abraham, and Isaac, and to Jacob, and their descendants. Over 1,300 years after Joshua died and was buried in his tribe's portion of the Promised Land, Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, was born. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary, a virgin, and Jesus was born into the Israelite tribe of Judah to Mary and her husband Joseph when Mary was a virgin. Approximately 30 years after Jesus was born to Joseph and Mary, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River by Mary's relative John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit descended as a dove and lit upon Jesus, and the Lord God in heaven audibly acknowledged his Son Jesus, the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert wilderness. For 40 days Jesus fasted and was tempted. Afterwards, Jesus was tended to by angels, and Jesus went to the area near John the Baptist, and Jesus went to Galilee. Jesus told specific Israelite men to follow him.
